Austal USA LLC – San Diego Bay Facility
In 2021, we served as Austal USA’s outside counsel in its purchase of bayfront leasehold property owned by the Port of San Diego and the U.S. Navy. The deal included buy-sell negotiations with the prior tenant and entry into a new long-term lease with the Port of San Diego, where Austal plans to grow its Pacific vessel maintenance and repair services.

Bullard Automotive – Joe Bullard Chevrolet
In 2020, we represented Bullard Automotive Group in its purchase of a Chevrolet franchise in Mobile, AL. Upon acquisition of the business assets and related real estate, Joe Bullard Chevrolet became the newest member in the Bullard stable of auto dealerships, which also includes Joe Bullard Cadillac, Jaguar Gulf Coast, Infiniti of Mobile, Joe Bullard Acura, and Joe Bullard Ford.
